A recent article in My Modern Met, features Eduardo Asenjo Matus.  Eduardo is a Chilean Photographer who uses filter techniques to capture his environment, giving visual representation to his hearing loss.

The author of the article, Jessica Stewart, writes, “The isolation of his subjects mirrors the photographer’s feelings in the streets, as a hearing issue makes it difficult for him to focus on more than one conversation at a time.”

Here are two of my personal favorites from his series, The Sound of Silence.
